An interesting look at the speed of the Playbooks browser. Obviously RIM had some time to gather feedback and intel from Apples first leap into the tablet arena, but kudos to them for the result. There is a marked difference.

Take into account the Playbook has dual core functionality in the CPU chipset over single core in the iPad, the iPad does a decent job in keeping up.

When the iPad version 2 makes an appearance I believe this is where some improvements will be felt (browsing experience… yet I don’t think Flash support will be thrown in).
